Shipping or Delivery in Wichita, Kansas
Free standard shipping or delivery on orders totaling $65 or more in Wichita, Kansas and the surrounding areas. We typically ship or deliver within 1-3 business days. Orders shipping to other locations in Kansas will incur a small shipping charge. At this time we do not ship outside of Kansas unless previous arrangements have been made.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to verify or process.
The applicable sales tax will be charged to all Kansas customers unless you have a tax exempt status. No sales tax will be charged to customers of other states.
Kansas Toner Supply is not responsible for products returned to us that are not ordered from our company. Products not having a valid RMA number or if we receive a product that does not qualify for a refund or replacement will be disposed of with no credit issued.
EXCHANGE OF UNOPENED MERCHANDISE
If you ordered the wrong cartridge and the product is unopened, seal is not broken, the box has not been damaged or marked upon in any way, and product is in resalable condition, then you may return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange, less a 15% re-stocking fee. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges by a trackable shipping method, such as UPS or FedEx, to us. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a return. An RMA number must be issued by our office and should be written on the over-pack shipping container only.
SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS
We will not accept return or credit after 30 days for special order products (a product that we normally do not carry and you specifically requested). We will not refund shipping charges.
Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 10-15 business days of our receipt of their return.
DEFECTIVE REMANUFACTURED OR COMPATIBLE LASER AND INK CARTRIDGES
If you find our remanufactured or compatible cartridge has a defect, it may be returned within 6 months of purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you for the return. Please email us at email@example.com to set up a replacement or return. An RMA number must be issued by our office and should be written on the shipping container. Defective cartridges must contain no less than 50% of original capacity.
DEFECTIVE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEM) CARTRIDGES
Name brand cartridges (Brother, Canon, Epson, Hewlett-Packard, Lexmark, Xerox) are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. If you have a defective cartridge, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturer’s warranty.
Obtain an RMA Number
You must contact us and explain the reason for the return to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA number. Email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your Invoice number or date of purchase
- Part number(s) and quantity to return
- An explanation detailing why you are returning or exchanging the product
*We will notify you by email with your RMA number and return instructions. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 15 days from date of issue. No credit will be issued until your product is received.
Please ship your product via delivery service that can be tracked (UPS, FedEx). This will help us expedite the process and help ensure that you receive a new product or proper credit as soon as possible.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. If you would like to return any of our products for an exchange or refund, please obtain an RMA number by emailing our office at email@example.com. Write your RMA number on the outside of the return package. A credit will be issued only by the method of payment we have on file. An exchange will be issued and an email will be sent to you. All returns and exchanges are processed, credited, or reshipped within 7-10 business days of the product(s) arriving back to us.
